Manns Wines – One of 12 Best Wines From Japan
As we know, Yamanashi is well known for its grapes. And where there are grapes there is a winery, right?. Manns (Japanese read : Manzu) Wine’s winery is located in Katsunuma, Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
Why i said this wine is one of 12 best wines from Japan?
Do you know G7 (Group of Seven)? It is a group consisting of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, United Kingdom and United States. The head of these 7 countries which the largest advanced economies country in the world meets annually to discuss world economy and recently they also discuss about world health or energy. On 2016, the meeting was held in Ise-Shima, Japan. At that time, Japan served their 12 best wines from all over Japan. There are 2 wines from Yamanashi and one of that was Manns Wines!

If you come to the winery, try to join the tour, they will inform you a lot about the winery.
Inside the winery, you can see some machines that they used in the past to make wine. Or a cute things made of the wine corks and the tree. The tree name is Cork Oak ( koruku-gashi in Japanese).

I like Karin wine and blueberry wine, because it is light and not bitter. (actually because i’m weak)
